A 40-inch deck does not identify the belt by itself. Ariens' original belt matrix lists 07241800 at 121.3 inches for this model. The nearby 07200001 reference is a 120-inch belt assigned to different 40-inch models. The separate 07241400 hydrostatic belt drives the transmission system.
