Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with PTO Direct USA. The following Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.


Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Processing time does not include transit time.

Standard Shipping

PTO Direct USA ships using major U.S. carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

Most customers receive their order within 2–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays Outside Our Control

PTO Direct USA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, high-volume periods, or any other events outside our control. Once the package leaves our facility, delivery timing is determined by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

You are fully responsible for entering a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. PTO Direct USA is not responsible for:

  • Packages shipped to the wrong address due to customer entry errors
  • Lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Carrier return-to-sender fees for undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, you are responsible for reshipping costs.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates after the label is created.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

PTO Direct USA is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier, stolen packages, packages lost in transit, or packages delivered incorrectly by the carrier. Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist with documentation if necessary.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refusal by the recipient, or failure to pick up from a carrier location may be refunded minus original shipping costs, after inspection.
